Log in, go to Settings, and select Data & Privacy, then choose Request My Data. We compile your account data and email a secure download link to your registered address within 7 working days. The file includes registration details, transaction history and support correspondence.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via the in-account form, live chat or email. We will close your account and erase personal data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation — such as certain financial records — within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We retain core account data for the period required by applicable financial and anti-fraud regulations after closure. Data not subject to those obligations is deleted sooner. We will confirm the specific retention period applicable to your account when you submit a deletion request.
